All delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates calculated by our carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or DHL) and do not include our internal processing time. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Ocet Blu Store is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, severe weather, customs processing, or other external factors once the package has left our facility.
- Carrier Responsibility: Ocet Blu Store is not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.
- Incorrect Addresses: We are not liable for packages sent to an incorrect, invalid, or incomplete address provided by the customer at checkout.
- Marked as Delivered: If the carrier's tracking confirms delivery to the provided address, but you have not received it, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages officially marked as delivered.
- Filing Claims: If a package is lost or arrives damaged, you must notify us within [7-14 days] of the carrier's scheduled delivery date. We will assist you in submitting a shipping claim.
